Described by The Daily Telegraph in 2008 as "the funniest comedy ever written", Noises Off is a farce within a farce - a silly sex comedy fittingly called Nothing On - in which lovers frolic, doors slam, and clothes are cast aside and embarrassing results ensue.
A three act play starting with the dress rehearsal of Nothing On. It's midnight and the cast is struggling with this under-rehearsed farce. Act Two is one month later and again we see Act One of Nothing On but this time from backstage. The rapidly deteriorating relationships cause mass hysteria and make for some hysterical comedy both backstage and on. By Act Three we are at the end of Nothing On's twelve week run and witnessing the action from the front again. By now the show has deconstructed into a mess of ad-libbing, set mishaps and the actors seeking revenge on each other. The more they work to control the situation the funnier and more out of control it gets.
Come and join us, chase those winter blues away, sit back and enjoy this award winning, belly laugh of a play.
